These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ptc55com platform and all related services. ptc55com is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services for players in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you are entering into a legal agreement bound by these Terms.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

ptc55com services are available in specific geographic areas. Online gaming may be prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of their own area.

4.1 Deposits

Funds can currently be deposited to ptc55com via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The same minimum amount applies across all methods.

• Deposited funds must come from your own legitimate source.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, your account balance will be updated immediately.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The same minimum applies across all methods. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. This bonus applies only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements set for the bonus have been met.
• If bonus fraud is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address cannot receive bonus benefits.

5.3 VIP Program

The ptc55com VIP Program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier is determined based on a player's activity and contribution. The opportunity to move to a higher tier can be earned through regular active participation.

All games on ptc55com are powered by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.). Game rules and outcomes are determined by the respective provider's system.

• The outcome of every game is controlled by completely random and fair technology (fair play).
• If a technical issue occurs during a game, ptc55com reserves the right to cancel or replay that round.
• In disputes arising from misunderstanding of game rules, server logs will be considered final evidence.
• ptc55com reserves the right to void any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error.
• It is recommended that you read the rules of each game carefully before placing a bet.

6.1 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including FIFA) and other sports, betting odds and markets are subject to change. Once a bet is confirmed, the original odds at the time of the bet will apply even if the odds change afterwards. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to ptc55com's own rules.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are conducted in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. In the event of any disconnection, the result will be determined according to the game log.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ptc55com platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Bonus abuse or bonus fraud
• Operating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Playing using software bots or automated tools
• Colluding with other users to place bets
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform
• Using a third party's account or identity
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the system through hacking or any other means
• Threatening, harassing or abusive behaviour towards other players or staff

If a prohibited activity is detected, ptc55com may close the relevant account without prior notice, hold the balance and take legal action.

All content on the ptc55com platform — logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, software, databases, text and other materials — is the property of ptc55com or its licensors and is protected under international intellectual property law.

• No content from the platform may be copied, distributed or reused without written permission from ptc55com.
• Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• ptc55com's trademarks or logos may not be used in any unauthorised manner.

If a user submits any content to the platform (comments, reviews, etc.), ptc55com will be considered to have been automatically granted the right to use, modify and distribute that content.

ptc55com makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, ptc55com will not accept responsibility in the following circumstances:

• If a game is disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• If loss occurs due to a problem with a third-party game provider's server or software.
• If an account is compromised due to the user's own negligence or security breach.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government restrictions, etc.).
• If the user suffers a financial loss as a result of gambling — this is entirely the user's own decision.

In any circumstance, ptc55com's maximum liability will be limited to the value of the transaction from which the dispute arose.

If you continue to use the platform after updated Terms have been published, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms. It is recommended that you review this page on each visit. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you may stop using the platform and request account closure.

11.1 Closure by User

You can request to close your account at any time via our live chat or email. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account. Balances linked to unfulfilled wagering requirements from bonuses may be forfeited.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by ptc55com

ptc55com may suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Providing false information or concealing identity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion facility).

Valid balances in closed accounts will be returned, however balances associated with fraud will be forfeited.
